Win The Trip DVD with Steve Coogan & Rob Brydon
>> Tuesday 5 July 2011
Nom Nom Nom will be holding an online charity raffle & a physical raffle to support Action Against Hunger. One of the prizes in the physical raffle is a copy of the brilliant Michael Winterbottom BBC TV series, The Trip - starring Rob Brydon & Steve Coogan (Coogan won a BAFTA for this). However, we thought it would be fun to offer anyone* the chance to WIN a copy of this DVD before the event.
The Trip is a comedy about Coogan and Brydon going on a food road trip to the North of England. Steve has been commissioned by a Sunday newspaper to review half a dozen restaurants. His girlfriend can't attend, so Rob Brydon gets roped in & they form a unlikely, funny, grumpy odd couple touring the North and waxing lyrical about food at dining tables (with many competitive impressions of famous people thrown in).
For a chance to win your copy of The Trip simply tell us "Where would be your favourite part of Europe for a food tour"? It could be a street, town, city, or whole country!
You'll need to leave a comment below with your email address or Twitter account, so I can have some way of getting in touch to send your prize if you win.
The closing date for entries is 11.59pm on Saturday 16th July 2011 (the day before the Nom Nom Nom finals). *UK entrants only please. The Nom Nom Nom team will choose an entry at random from all those submitted by the closing date!
Good luck!

Whilst I've travelled a fair bit in Europe and enjoyed the food everywhere, I'd actually love to take a food tour in London of all places! There's so many amazing restaurants here we're spoilt for choice, and being guided through them would be really helpful.
@chrisbetterton
a foodie road trip to the North of England is actually very exotic to a French gourmande

As I love food with spices i would love to do a food tour of Thailand!
Flora, being a Northerner I cannot agree with you more about the quality of our produce and the innovation with which it is handled.
B Mistry... I know my geography isn't 'all that' but when did Thailand join Europe. Are we occupying countries again?!?
For me a food tour of Europe would have to revolve around the Mediterranean sea. Sampling seafood and coastal ingredients from Spain and Italy to Greece and Turkey, not to mention all the wonderful islands in between.
